My order says "awaiting fulfillment". What does that mean?
"Awaiting fulfillment" means your order is currently in production. Each piece is made to order, so production time typically takes 2-3 weeks. It will change to "shipped" once your piece ships.
What if I want to return or cancel an order?
We have a 30-day return policy on all in-stock items. Please check with us to make sure the item you are interested in is an in-stock item. If you are unhappy with an in-stock product for any reason, simply return it with a copy of your receipt for a full refund. There will be a 15% restocking fee on all returns. Refunds are refunded to the credit card used to make the original purchase within thirty days of refund approval.
What if I receive something that is damaged?
This is a rare occurrence but on the occasion that it does happen contact us by email and we will send a replacement immediately.
What are the hours you can be reached by telephone?
The best hours to reach us are between 10:00 am and 5:00pm Mountain Standard Time. In the event that we are unable to answer please leave a message or send us an email and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

How long will it be until I will receive my order?
You're order should be delivered in 2 to 3 weeks from the time that your order was placed.

Can I check the status of my order?
Yes, click the "My Account" button in the top right for up-to-date details regarding your order. Alternatively, you can contact us and shipping tracking numbers can be emailed to you upon request.
